The challenge

The brand had product-market fit for creators — couples, families, lifestyle — but no program. No playbook for which tiers of creator to work with. No brief template. No contract language. No pitch deck. No vendor list. Every partnership was negotiated from scratch, the math was done on a napkin, and there was no way to know if a deal was worth doing until after the money had already left.

The founder had been burned once on a partnership that produced thin traffic and couldn't prove why. The brief was clear: build the engine, teach me when to walk.
