Every package has a clear scope, fixed deliverables, and a defined end point. No open-ended retainers. No vague "access." Pick the one that matches your goal.
- Intake assessment — a deep-dive questionnaire + 60-min kickoff call to map where you are today and where you want to be 12 months from now.
- 4 weekly 1:1 sessions (60 min each) — structured, not free-form. Each session has a pre-work doc and a post-session action list.
- Personal positioning doc — a written narrative of your career story, your unique IP, and how to talk about yourself in interviews, pitches, and on LinkedIn.
- LinkedIn profile rewrite — headline, about section, experience bullets, delivered as a copy-paste-ready doc.
- 90-day career playbook — your final deliverable. A written plan for the next 90 days with specific targets, networking moves, and learning priorities.
- 30 days of async Q&A (email only, 48-hour response) after the sprint ends — so you have backup while you execute.
- 8-week personalized curriculum across HubSpot, Amplemarket, Make.com, and AI tools — built around your actual job and your actual stack.
- 16 x 60-min 1:1 sessions (twice a week) — real projects, live problem-solving, not recorded lectures.
- Full access to my template library — HubSpot workflows, lead-scoring models, attribution reports, AI prompt library, MarTech audit framework, and the Marketing Budget Calculator I contributed to Startup for Startup.
- Real-work coaching — bring a live project from your job, we'll build it together during sessions.
- Certification prep — HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics 4, or any relevant vendor cert (your choice).
- Portfolio case study as your final deliverable — a written case study of one real project you built during the sprint, ready to share on LinkedIn or in interviews.
- 30 days of async Q&A after completion.
- 2 x 60-min 1:1 sessions per month — structured agenda, prep doc from you, research doc from me.
- Pre-session prep document — you send the agenda and context 48h before. I come prepared. No wasted sessions on context-dump.
- Post-session action summary — every session ends with a written recap and next steps, delivered within 24 hours.
- Async Q&A between sessions — email only, 48-hour response. Unlimited questions, structured responses.
- Monthly LinkedIn content review — 1 post or article reviewed and edited per month to sharpen your personal brand voice.
- Quarterly strategic review — once per quarter, a dedicated 90-min session to step back and review the bigger picture of your role, team, or career.
- Network introductions — 2 warm introductions per quarter to people in my network where a connection would help you (operators, hiring managers, investors).
The process
How this actually works
Three things I promise: no homework you don't need, no sessions without a clear outcome, no generic advice.
Free 30-min intro call
We meet on Zoom, you tell me where you are and what you're trying to solve. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you honestly and point you to someone who is.
Pick your package
If we're a fit, you pick the package that matches your goal. I send a short agreement and invoice. Payment confirms the start date.
Intake + kickoff
You fill out a structured intake form. I read it end-to-end before our kickoff call. Session 1 is never a "get-to-know-you" — we start working.
We work the plan
Weekly or bi-weekly sessions with clear agendas and written follow-ups. You get the deliverables in your package. I stay until the scope is done.
Common questions
Do you offer a Slack channel or 24/7 access?
No, and that's deliberate. Slack mentoring sounds great in theory but becomes noise in practice — for both of us. Every package includes structured async Q&A by email with a 48-hour response time. You get thoughtful, written answers instead of reactive one-liners. It's better for you and better for me.
What's the refund policy?
If after the kickoff session you feel we're not the right fit, I'll refund 100% minus the kickoff fee (equivalent to one session). After the first session, packages are non-refundable but always transferable to someone else in your team or network.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. I invoice companies directly and am VAT-registered in Israel. Most of my mentees bill their professional development budget. I can provide a scope of work document for procurement if needed.
In what language do we meet?
Hebrew or English, your choice. All written deliverables come in the language you prefer. I work with marketers in Israel, the US, UK, and across Europe.
Do you mentor junior marketers?
Clarity Sprint and MarTech Mastery work for marketers with at least 2–3 years of full-time experience. If you're earlier than that, I'd point you to other mentors on MentorCruise or GrowthMentor who specialize in early-career coaching. Fractional Mentor is for senior leaders only.
Is this different from a career coach?
Yes. A career coach helps you process and decide. I'm a practitioner who's still doing the job — I build MarTech stacks, run marketing ops, and consult with B2B SaaS companies every week. You get both the thinking and the tactical know-how, not one or the other.
