FAQ
Before you ask
What’s the minimum engagement?
It depends on what you need. Every engagement is tailored — some clients need a 3-month Fractional CMO sprint, others need a focused 6-week project. I don’t do cookie-cutter scopes because no two companies have the same gaps. The best way to figure out what fits is a 30-minute conversation. I’ll be honest about what makes sense for your situation. And either way — you’ll leave with value. I bring 15 years of connections across B2B, MarTech, agencies, and cybersecurity. What I don’t do myself, I know exactly who does.

Do you work with in-house teams?
Yes — and I prefer it. I'm most effective when I'm embedded alongside your existing team, not siloed as an outside consultant. I coach, not just advise.
What tools do you work with?
There are over 15,000 MarTech solutions on the market right now — and that number grew 9% just last year. Nobody masters all of them. But here’s what 15 years of working across dozens of stacks taught me: platforms change, principles don’t. I learn any system fast because I understand the architecture underneath — data flows, integrations, lifecycle stages, attribution logic. The UI is just a skin.
That said, here’s where I have the deepest hands-on experience: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Amplemarket, Make.com, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Clay, Apollo, Notion, WordPress, Elementor, Google Workspace, and the major AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Gamma, and Fathom. I’m also a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner and an Amplemarket Advisor.
But I’m platform-agnostic by principle. If your stack runs on Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or something I haven’t touched yet — I’ll learn it. That’s not a promise. That’s what I do.
What industries do you work in?
All of them. Seriously. Marketing is marketing — the fundamentals of pipeline, attribution, positioning, and systems architecture apply everywhere. What changes is the language, the buyer journey, and the compliance layer. I learn those fast.
Here’s where I’ve already worked hands-on: B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, eCommerce, enterprise manufacturing, defense and government tenders, family offices and private equity, international business groups, education and nonprofits, healthcare, consumer goods (FMCG), media and telecom, events and conferences, real estate, and professional services.
I’m industry-agnostic by design. Every new sector teaches me something I bring to the next one. A demand gen framework I built for a cybersecurity company ended up working brilliantly for an eCommerce platform. An enrollment funnel I designed for a school informed how I think about lead nurture for enterprise deals.
If you’re wondering whether I’ve worked in your industry — I probably have. And if I haven’t, I’ll tell you that upfront and explain exactly how I’ll get up to speed.
Can we start with a one-time review?
Absolutely. A MarTech stack deep dive or marketing ops review is often the best entry point. Most clients continue with ongoing engagement after seeing the output.
