Your tools, finally working as one.
Most teams own 5–15 marketing tools running in silos. I connect what matters, retire what doesn’t, and layer in AI where it moves revenue — not just dashboards.
If this sounds familiar…
You’re not alone. Most of my clients come in with some version of these three.
Data that doesn’t match.
HubSpot says 1,200 MQLs. Salesforce says 340 opportunities. Nobody can reconcile the funnel. Sales stops trusting marketing.
AI theater, not AI execution.
You bought ChatGPT Team. Maybe Copilot. The team uses them for blog posts. Meanwhile your attribution is still broken.
Reports that take 38 hours a week.
Your analyst copy-pastes into spreadsheets all day. That’s capacity that should go to strategy, not data wrangling.
Use cases
Six places this engagement actually pays for itself.

Case study
Enterprise rebrand & HubSpot migration
A 30-year enterprise brand moved off a legacy stack onto HubSpot in twelve weeks. Lifecycle rebuilt, Salesforce synced, attribution closed-loop, team trained — no downtime, no panicked rollback.

Six deliverables. Shipped, dated, owned.
Every item below has a named owner, a delivery date, and a measurable outcome. No open-ended retainers, no “strategic advisory” deck-factory. If I can’t define how we’ll know it worked, we don’t scope it.

Before you book
What does an engagement cost?
Scope drives price, and I’d rather talk it through than anchor you to the wrong number. Book a free 30-min intro — I’ll tell you the range on the call.
What’s the minimum engagement?
Depends on scope. Monthly engagements start at 3 months. Projects run 6–12 weeks. Sometimes a half-day workshop is the right entry point — I’ll tell you honestly.
Do you work with in-house teams?
Yes — and I prefer it. I’m most effective embedded with your existing team, not siloed as an outside consultant. I coach, not just advise.
What industries do you work in?
B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, eCommerce, family offices, regulated industries. 15 years across 40+ companies. If you’re a new industry for me, I’ll say so — and tell you how I’ll ramp.
